About TheForestStay — India's Tiger Safari Specialists

TheForestStay is a dedicated wildlife tourism platform operated by ShaktiEvent — a travel and event company with offices in Bhopal and Delhi.

We are an independent travel booking agency. We are not a hotel chain, a holiday-membership company, a state tourism corporation or a forest department, and we are not an official representative or agent of any of them. Everything we arrange can also be booked directly by the traveller through official channels — our service is optional paid assistance for people who want one point of contact for permits, vehicles and stays.

How we charge: Before any payment is requested, we send a written quote stating the total amount payable. Our cancellation and refund policy applies to all bookings and is available on our Terms page. If we cannot confirm what you paid for, you are refunded in full. See our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.

Founded with a single purpose: to make India's tiger reserves accessible, well-planned and genuinely memorable — for families, photographers, corporates and solo travellers alike.

Our team has personally visited every reserve we book. We know which zones give the best sightings, which resorts sit closest to the forest edge, and which guides walk the extra mile.

We are not a portal. We are a team.
